The first stage is a multi-layer 5 micron Sediment filter that has a larger dirt holding capacity and an extended service life. It has a dimension of 2.5” diameter and 9.84” length, fitting standard 10” filter housing canisters. Made with Pure Polypropylene and no BPA, it conforms to the ISO 9001:2000 manufacturing standard. This filter effectively removes sediment, dirt, sand, and rust, and it should be replaced every 12 months.

The second and third stages are activated coconut shell carbon block filters with extra capacity and a 5 micron rating. They have a chlorine reduction capacity of 6,000 gallons or a RO water usage capacity of 2,000 gallons. With a dimension of 2.75” diameter and 9.84” length, these filters are made with 100% high quality coconut shell carbon. Their better bonding and structure are designed to minimize the channeling effect and extend the service life. They remove sediment, chlorine, chloramines, taste, odor, THM, VOC, Pesticide, and Herbicide, and should be replaced every 12 to 18 months.

The fourth stage is a TFC-50 standard size RO membrane designed to fit the same membrane housings. It has a dimension of 1.75” diameter, 2” diameter with seal x 11.74” length, fitting standard RO membrane housing canisters. Made with high quality membrane material supplied from a USA manufacturer, it has a 95% rejection rate and an improved structure designed for greater efficiency and extended service life. It consistently performs and should be replaced every 3 to 5 years.

The fifth stage is an Omnipure inline carbon filter with a dimension of 2” diameter and 10” length, fitting standard size filters. It is made with coconut shell activated carbon, and it serves as a final polishing filter to improve the taste of water. The inlet and outlet are 1/4" quick connect fittings. This filter removes odor and improves taste. It should be replaced every 12 months to maintain its effectiveness.
