The water purifier requires no installation - simply place the raw water tank on the base correctly and press it firmly into position. During the filtration process, you may hear the sound of the pump running (about 5 minutes per cycle) as it pushes the water through the RO system. The raw water tank capacity is 1.2 Gallons/4.7 Liters, and the filtered water tank capacity is 0.4 Gallons/1.5 Liters. The average lifespan of the RO filter element is 12 months, though this may vary depending on water conditions and usage.

To ensure the best filter lifespan, empty and refill the tank instead of adding water directly when changing the water. Additionally, do not add hot water above 100°F or any other strange fluids to the water tank, as this could damage the tank and filter.

Before the first use, it is recommended to flush the filtration system to ensure proper taste and performance. Follow the instructions in the manual or video to flush the system by running the filtered water 3-5 times until the water in the raw water tank is fully filtered out.

If the display shows "E1" while using the water filter, this is a 30-minute working time protection. Unplug the filter, wait 5 minutes, refill the water tank to the maximum level, and try again. If the "Change Water" indicator keeps flashing, lift the water tank to add water and then reinstall it, ensuring the white float on the side of the raw water tank rises after adding water.
