The APEC Ultimate high capacity pre-filter set is manufactured in the USA using high-quality filtration components. This ensures that the filter set lasts longer, providing enhanced protection and prolonging the lifespan of your reverse osmosis system. With a premium quality that lasts over 12 months, you will have fewer filter changeouts while still achieving high-performance impurity removal. These filters are designed to be compatible with all standard size under counter RO systems, as they are 10 inches in size.

The first stage of the filtration process involves a high-grade 10-inch high-capacity polypropylene sediment filter. This filter effectively eliminates dirt, particles, and rust. Its 100% pure polypropylene depth filter has exceptional dirt-holding capacity, resulting in a longer lifespan and fewer filter changeouts compared to traditional string-wound or resin-bonded filters.

The second and third stages of the filtration process consist of premium extruded carbon block filters. These 10-inch filters effectively remove unpleasant chlorine, tastes, odors, cloudiness, and colors from your water. They also eliminate VOCs and other common harmful impurities. APEC's extruded carbon block filters are composed of activated carbon particles fused into a uniform block with enhanced adsorptive capacity and efficiency. Unlike GAC filters, they do not channel or bypass thanks to the extreme uniformity of their extruded activated carbon core.
